My grandma recently crocheted this purse, which my mom brought for Millie on a visit a few weeks ago. Millie was very excited about this gift and carried it with her to church the next day. We've found it's also just the right size to carry a snack in when Millie goes to her classes at the homeschool co-op.
This little purse is a good example of the frugal side of yarn crafts. Mom said that my grandma used some yarn she had on hand to make it. And my sister said the same thing about the gifts that she sent for Isaac. She was able to use some yarn left over from some other projects. Gotta love that kind of resourcefulness. Now if I can just put it into practice myself!
