Great Race

We went to another road race over the weekend. Tom's race was a 5k, and he saw another significant improvement in his time. And while I was definitely happy to see him run such a good time, the real excitement came afterward in the kids' race. Millie and Silas both ran in the 5 and under race. It was really short, maybe only 50 meters or so. Millie was one of the first girls to finish, so she got to pick out a pretty great prize. She just got a Cinderella doll for her birthday, so she didn't waste any time choosing this horse that matches the doll.



And here's Silas chugging along with some encouragement from Tom. Not bad form for a 2-year-old!
