Birdhouse Gourd

Here's Silas showing off a birdhouse gourd we grew in our garden. I wouldn't have thought to grow this, but we got the seeds as a favor at a birthday party we went to last spring, so I decided to give it a try. Now we'll let the gourd dry for a few months, then hopefully it will be home to some birds come next spring.
